All You Will Ever Need to Know
What do I need?
All inflatable's need a clear level grass space. This space needs to be level and free from any sharp objects.
The space needs to be the size of the castle plus 2ft either side & an extra 5ft at the front and back.
This total space needs to be clear of any overhanging objects such as trees, plants, washing lines, etc.
We also need an appropriate access point to the site the castle is going to be erected at.
The bigger castles are large even when rolled up and will not go through small alleyways/gates.
Please make sure you have the space for the castle you book.
What's supplied?
All of our inflatable's come complete with every thing to make your hire experience safe and enjoyable.
We supply the inflatable, electric fan, crash mats, outside safe power leads, ground sheet and stakes.
We also deliver the unit, erect and collect it, this ensures it is erected safely.
Where there is no electrical supply available we maybe able to supply a petrol generator & fuel for an additional price.
Prices, payment and hire period
We accept payment by Cash and Cheque only. All cheques made payable to :

We hire by the day, the price is for one day or part day.
We deliver from 8:00am and pickup until 9pm.
Discounts are available on booking inflatable bouncy castles in the school summer holidays for over 2 days or more consecutively !!!
Can you collect from us?
No, because we do not allow any of our units to be erected by anyone but ourselves.
Safety
Bouncy castles and inflatable's are great fun as long as they are used safely.
We deliver and erect our units with safety in mind.
They all come with crash mats that are needed and an RCD current detector as standard.
We ask that the hirer reads and signs our agreement and guidelines.
This ensures you know how to safely supervise the operation of the unit while in your care.
Do we supply adult units / what age range?
Yes, we currently have three adult castles.
Each of our units has a maximum age or height limit listed in our Terms & Conditions. The Terms & Conditions are sent out with our booking confirmation letters. We send 2 copies, 1 copy for your reference, also 1 copy to be signed and returned to our delivery driver
Strictly no adults to use children’s castles.
Public Liability Insurance
We have full public liability insurance specifically for inflatable hire/use.
If you need to see our certificate let us know when you book and we will bring it along.
